Dia-Stat

Description

Dia-Stat is a 200-gram (6.06 oz) gelling nutritional supplement designed to help normalize stool consistency while also serving as an electrolyte and energy supplement. It is recommended for all animals, providing essential support when needed.

• Sodium: Minimum 4.20%
• Potassium: Minimum 0.30%
• Magnesium: Minimum 0.1%
• Calcium: Maximum 0.5%
• Dextrose: Minimum 40.00%

Dia-Stat rapidly provides energy and electrolytes to help restore lost fluids and normalize stool consistency.

Note: Mix with water only, not milk or milk formula. This product is for oral use only.

Mixing Directions:

To prepare, shake 1 teaspoon (4 grams) into 3 ounces of warm water (approximately 100°F) until completely dispersed. It is important to feed soon after mixing, as the liquid will thicken upon setting. Start feeding as soon as indications arise that the animal requires supplemental energy and electrolytes.

Feeding Directions:

As the Main Source of Food:

• Feed Dia-Stat to provide 40-50 ml of the solution per kg of body weight daily, divided into several feedings.
• Do not feed as the sole source of nutrients for more than one day. Additional water or electrolyte solution can also be given.

Alternating with Milk Formula:

• Feed Dia-Stat at every other feeding in place of the milk formula.
• Administer the Dia-Stat solution at the same rate as the milk formula.
• Additional water or electrolyte solution may also be given.

Note: Dia-Stat is advised to be used as a complete meal for 2 feedings.

Caution: The use of Dia-Stat in combination with antibiotics is not recommended.

Dextrose, pregelatinized rice flour, coconut oil, sodium bicarbonate, sodium chloride, glycine, sodium citrate, guar gum, calcium chloride, natural flavoring, corn syrup solids, potassium caseinate, dipotassium phosphate, mono and diglycerides, potassium chloride, magnesium sulfate, sodium stearoyl lactylate, carrageenan, dried Lactobacillus Acidophilus fermentation product, calcium silicate, and beta glucan.
